Looks like MSP are getting sneaky and blanketing everything within a 5 mile radius of the ICC.

This guy patrols the 95 - 495N + 495S interchange region in College Park. I have seen him as far South as the Greenbelt 202 exit. As far North as the ICC. As far West as New Hampshire Ave.

Mr. Sneaky is in a mid-2000's era Slate Gray Chevy Silverado Pick-up. Extended cab. Dark tints all around. 4x4 Sticker on the bed. No visible lights or tell tail whip mast antenna.
Red and Blues behind the grill but tinted to be less obvious.

Saw him snatch two bodies last night. Saw him nab someone else this afternoon.

Sidenote: I think he patrols the ICC as well. ICC is rife with marked and unmarked so be careful. MD wants their street tax. If a nickel is to be made, they want in.

- There are also 2 marked cruises that sit facing one another just over the rise as you're merging from 95 > 495 South at College Park about 4 miles South of the ICC.

- There's also a White Jeep Liberty camera car that sits just before the ICC under the Rte 212 overpass on the inside of the construction wall. It flip flops from North Bound enterting the construction zone to South Bound just 100ft before you exit the zone where nothing is happening (nice way to double fines).

In addition, it changes its location every few weeks to just under the ICC overpass. Right now it's tucked in behind the construction wall along the median parked just after the ICC overpass on the Northbound side. If you see the portable flashing "Your Speed Is XX" radar sign, he's parked about 50 ft in front of this. Keep it under 65mph because I've seen it flash on people doing 70.

- About a mile north of the Liberty, there are 1 or 2 marked cruisers OR 1 unmarked Black Suburban that sit in the median behind the brush in the emergency U-Turn cutout.
