so i have a 07 gsxr 600 and it needs a back tire. bike has a bridgestone batalx on it now. im looking for something good price i am a new rider so don't need anything real aggressive but don't want some cheapy that isn't gonna last and will make me feel unsafe.

what do you wanna do with it? go fast in a straight line, take curves quickly, have it last a long time...?

Well I'm not much of a straight line guy I like some curves but it will be ridin often I hope so maybe a good middle between performance and longevity

ive been hooked on pirelli diablos series for a while now. the diablo is a great tire for all around riding. i got about 6500 miles out of it and ive put a knee down riding on em. my personal favorite on that line is the corsa III though. dual compound.. great traction.. i get an average of about 4500 on em though. i went cheap on it the last time and put a supercorsa takeoff on. ive been having a few slippage issues, but the tire was beat on the track and was a little blued.

that being said.. i dont know anyone around here who sells em. then again, im fresh to riding in this area and still looking for a shop.
