Time to swap motors
I have a Honda 100cc dirt bike whos motor is on it's last leg instead of doing a rebuild I would like to swap in something bigger, like a 150-200cc motor, I'm having trouble find something that says it's a direct replacement so if any of you have any idea of where I can get what I need let me know, thanks

Re: Time to swap motors
the only DIRECT swap I know of is the 80cc and 100cc, the bigger motors can be made to fit, but it's not a direct swap. The later model 150's MIGHT fit, but I'm not sure.
assuming you have an XR100?
there's a CRAPTON of performance parts out there for XR's, you could rebuild your 100cc motor with a 150cc high compression piston/sleeve, cam, headwork, a decent exhaust, and some carb/intake work and it'd make more power than a stock XR200.
Alot of people build XR100's into mini-motards to run on kart tracks, I've seen some of them freakin FLYIN
