Default Speedo/Odo/Trip stopped working?

I was riding down to newport news and when I started to pull off 64, I noticed that the gauge cluster was acting funny. . .by funny I mean it was reading 0 and I was on 64. . . Then I noticed that I topped the tank off and I usually trip the trip. Well I got to this girl's house and noticed that I hadn't gone a tenth of a mile (she lived like 10 miles away from the highway.) So is there a wire that is loose? Or do you think it is more?

Check the wiring to your cluster too. Something could've wiggled itself loose.
