get a lawyer and get it lowered to speeding or improper driving, BUT u could always testify somehow that he clocked one of the cars behind or around u instead of u as how small/thin a bike is and he could of easily clocked on of the cars instead.....but it depends on when he got his radar calibrated and shit, and if he was standing there holding it, or if it was mounted in his car, technically u could get off if he didnt have the radar calibrated right within like 24hrs or something of clocking you, but the whole calibration thing is highly doubtful to get u off. GET A LAWYER

next time remember, if you pull over ur gettin a ticket, if u run...you might not, lol

automatic wreckless 20 over is in a lot of states not just virginia. I don't know where you live in va but i never even met anyone that chewed tobacco till i moved out of va so just because you live around hillbillies dont hate on the whole state.

my thinking on that is.. if you pull over, be nice even if the cop is being a dick, you will get a ticket as worst...

if you run, you get a felony for running, then whatever else they can tack on to you, plus some jail time, and hopefully you dont wreck your bike and hurt yourself or worse, someone else for making a stupid mistake while running..

 

or if u run you could just get away happens everyday

 

i don't run, the cops know me (i work on some of thier bikes), they know where i live, and they'll just meet me at my house.

it's happened before.

 

one of the guys I know was taking my brothers bike for a test drive and didn't put on a helmet . . just went around like 2 blocks from his house and a cop tried to stop him and he ran . . cop jumped out and was about to tazer him . . . and arested him for felony evading . . . . if he would have stopped he may have just got a ticket for a helmet or even might of got off since he was like a block from his house . . . . but the cop was pissed that he tried to run . .

oh yeah was going to tow the bike that wasn't even his but we got the cop to leave the bike alone . . the guy almost killed himself on it . . someone elses 05 harley and your gonna try and run and almost wreck it . .so on top of just getting a helmet vilolation he got wreckless driving, felony evading, helmet and I think no license . .
