Reckless driving fines....
Got a reckless driving ticket today on my bike. I was driving by myself on my learners permit. It was 79 in a 55. Got my court date in March and all the fun stuff. My last reckless was September 2007. Any ideas?

Unless you had a valid reason to do 79 in a 55, just be upfront and humble in front of the judge, admit to having a lapse in judgement so they see you accept responsibility and hopefully they take it easy on you and possibly reduce it to speeding. If in VB and it's your second reckless they probably won't be so easy on you. Fines a few hundred more than likely. Good luck!

Wow really? Where? It seems like anytime I'm on the highway which is everyday I'm averaging 75 but then again so are all the cagers around me (no offense car drivers).

I would take an online driving course like NOW. Bring that to the court. You may have to take it again but itd be worth it. Also try and get your license between now and then. Show the judge you learned your lesson.
