I am trying to figure out what year r1 throttle tube I need for my 01 Gixxer 600 and how hard is this mod to do?

not sure what year, but it should be as simple as pulling out the old tube and putting in the new. The only real difference is the diameter of the tube where the cables ride. It changes the ratio of twist at the grip to opening of the intake butterflies.

this isnt a gsxr story but i did this to my F4i just had to do a little triming took no time to do and was well worth it didnt have to regrip to get WOT after install

np man and trust me the mod is worth it ,its very nice to go WOT in one twist of the hand and not have to regrip lol
