Hey guys, this is a link from a forum I am a part of and I really hope everyone reads it, in fact I hope it gets stickied so anyone who is new to riding will also read it. Very sobering.

You are not being very thoughtful when you say that. Simply by reading one thing you can change your mind, or do you need to see all the people in that thread saying they will not ride with out gear now? People will do what they want based on their experience and exposure as well as personal opinion.

yes that is a sobering story BUT we all know that people do what they want regardless of anything else hopefully some one will learn from that but to be honest most people are going to continue to do what they are doing now.shit we have had how many wrecks/deaths in this area in the past 4 years and people are still acting like ass

Good read, I feel you Grom on hopefully people that ride dumb or without gear learn from it, but some people will never learn until something happens to themselves.

well its this a good wake up call for new riders.. ppl that think bikes CANT kill u..
i do ride like a dumbass sumtimes. but every move i make i know can be my las, gotta leave urself a out.. i ride the way i ride has kelp me alive all this time..

They shot this around the riders group at work... Brittany Morrow. Spokesperson for Icon now. Made mistakes before.
