place to get pc3 installed on bike

i live in the newport news, hampton area and i wanted to know whats a goot shop to get to install my pc3 and do a oil cahnge and tune up on my bike. im lookin fot the best shop for a good price.

why not do the job yourself and then take it to a place to get it tuned?
