Red face peoples perception: riding on chicken strips

ive met a few people last weekend, i was told i couldnt hang cause i dont ride on them? ive riddin on the chicken strips before and the rear end feels like its gonna come out, and the pegs arnt too happy either. i ride extremely close to the edges, just enough not to lay my bike down. So whats the big deal??? are the guys that ride on them better than everyone else?? or did i meet some gangsta riders?

I wouldn't worry about what people say about chicken strips. Ride your own ride and stay safe. If you're dragging hard parts, such as pegs, this is usually an indicator of shitty body position. Get your ass off the seat if you're dragging pegs and weight the outside peg to get your bike in a more upright position. If you want to ride that hard, take your shit to the track and get off public roadways.

Low siding because of dragging hard parts or low siding while trying to get rid of chicken strips doesn't make you cool.

Chickenstrips are not a good indication of a good rider if you have good body position you can take turns just as fast without leaning the bike over as far!! But for sur if you are draggin pegs your body position is way off especially if you still have strips!!
