as far as labor goes, $125 to clean and sync them. most of the time you shouldn't need any parts, so that should cover it. it all really depends on how long the bike's been sitting, and what kind of shape the carbs are in. the only real way of knowing is to get them apart and have a look inside. what kind of shape is the rest of the bike in? (i ask because it has to be running in order to sync the carbs)
