Default my 2wheeled project

heres what ive been working on the past few weeks.

my Suzuki SV650s-
this is what it looked like the day i got it.

prepping for teardown up on the bench next to an identical SV undergoing a drastically different build.

no, not my garage.. i wish! and fortunately i have a good friend that amateur races to help me out.

the other SV was going to a full race setup, which i contemplated to do also, but make it for street..
i thought it would be awesome to roll up with the GSXR bodywork, but the rumble of the SV's V-twin.
The whole reason i went SV and away from my previous GSXR's though was to get away from the cookie cutter crotch rockets.

Sooooooooo i went to build a streetfighter
the biggest challenge.. this was test fitting the Honda VFR single sided swingarm. still dont have it down yet.. but its a future project..

a rush job on the paint.. but hey.. its a fighter, not a showpiece!

shimmrin house of Kolors

preppin wheels for paint. masking took FOREVER!!!

blacking out the stock swingarm

looks good.

From the angle of the exhaust pic, it seems as if it's firing into the plastics. Could be the way the pic was taken though...

damn lots of toys in the photos .. but the bike looks good and it will be fun to ride im sure.. but you gotta get the single side swing arm on. that will set the bike apart from all the others. good luck.. orange and black 1+ Baltimore Orioles colors my fav.
