motorcycle license permit questions
 

Ok guys from your past and present experience on taking your motorcycle permit test at the dmv, what questions should i look out for that are tricky or they try to sneak in. Basically tell me what i need to know aside from readin the book, like just a basic example of the questions yall had would be helpful

best i can tell u man is read that damn book lol i missed mine the first time because i did not look over the book but the 2nd tiime was a peice of cake.

What I did is read the book once then went online and practically took the test 5 times in a row. Following day went to DMV and passed it...

ya read the book, i went in the first time thinking i could just use my common sense knowledge and failed the 1st time by one question..but then i read the book and got all them right

yea thanks alot guys, i read the book completely(while having severe hiccups lol) then took 3 practice test online and went to the dmv, got it first try yay. Then i went to schedule for the motorcycle class at thomas nelson. I have classes apr 21-23..But I plan on buying my bike beginning of april...does anyone who live in the hampton area wanna show me a few things in a parking lot before i take this class. sort of like mentoring?

If you have never been on a bike before I would wait till after you take the class
They start from the ground up,I wouldnt go out in the parking lot and try to ride my brand new bike. but thats just me....

yeah man i would wait for the class they do start u from the ground up u really won't gain any advantage by someone showing u the basics to riding because everyone starts at the same pace in class.

Read the manual, then take the motorcycle pratice test in the link above. Take the practice test several times until you're passing it on a conisisten basis (they use different questions).

the motorcycle practice test didnt help me for shit, i aced the online test about 10x before i went to take the permit test and i still failed, then i read through the manual, retook the permit test 2 weeks later, 100%.

then i took the MSF class and actually learned how to ride, the class was really easy and took it real slow for total noobs like me, it was great, haha.
