If you mod the stock can improperly, wont that fuck up the back pressure and the bike run like shit?

most newer bikes can "sense" the difference in airflow and compensate for it. The only time I would reall worry about it would be if you went full exhaust, header-back.

thats funny. my bike has D&Ds on it and still ran a 6.12 in the 1/8. What makes it even funnier is that the only other mods I have are a 9" extension and lowering bones.

Shit exhaust for a shit run?

now technically and based on the equation of 1/8 mile time * 1.5 = 1/4 mile time, then that would be a 9.18 1/4 mile without even a power commander.

I just cut my boys yoshi in half last night. It takes finesse to do it right so it looks good. And theres no way in hell you'd catch me stuffing steel wool into a muffler for packing. It gets real hot then burns and it still sounds obnoxiously loud. I tried steel wool and i ended up pulling all the wool back out and trashing them. Go to cyclegear and buy muffler repacking fiberglass for 10 bucks.

if your running 9.18 with that i wouldn't give any of the credit to a crappy D&D exhaust, 99% of that time is because of rider skill, extension, and lowering... i'm sure the d&d isn't hurting you any but you'd probably be running the same type times with a stock exhaust or anything else

Yea, I bought a big bike for its cornering capabilities.

That's almost like Super GP'ing a Harley.
