Learner's
I read on the DMV site that you have to obtain a learners and have it for a cetain period of time. Also, u can only ride from 30 minutes before dusk and 30 minutes after sunset w/the company of a liscensed rider. My question is if i were to get a bike and a learners would any1 be willing to ride around with me on the weekends and on the occasion. Thanks.

insurance is gonna bend you over and rip you a new one on either.
I don't think a bike as a sole means of transportation is a good idea. It's been raining a lot here lately.
What kinda bike were you thinking about?
