Default jacket size?

you know the leather (Joe Rocket) jacket size like 44-48

i am 5'7 and weight about 140

the size 44 isnt right size little over size for me. i think 42 should right one but i couldnt find the jacket size 42 so you think it should be fitted? because i might order one of these on ebay.

thanks

I think it should be alright for you, do you have broad or narrow shoulders, same for your hips and chest?

get fitted and get one the right size. most places do it for free. I'm 5'10 and 175 and I'm a 40-44 depending on the jacket brand. You could be a 38-42 depending on the fit of the jacket since you don't look like you're built like an ape.

leather jackets should be snug

seems like you need a 40, or maybe a 42.... just measure yourself with a measuring tape... you'll be good... around your chest, by your armpits... im sure you're a 40-42 tho.. i'm 175lbs and 6'2" and i'm a 42.

You're probably a 42'.

I'm 5'6" 135lbs and I'm wearing a 42 right now. It's just right in the chest, but the arms are just a bit too long for me. Wish I would have bought a 40.
