I dont have anywhere to put that either 
I need somthing kinda like this but instead of it being for 7/8" I need it smaller.

I've NEVER heard of any bike that didn't have a helmet hook under the seat. My 1977 CB750 even had one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nope and my seat is bolted down from the sides and the rear plastics cover the bolts. I DONT EVEN HAVE A TRUNK THAT I CAN GET TOO!!!
