Dirtbike cylinder boring? Who does it?

Dirtbike cylinder boring? Who does it?
So, can I get this done at machine shops or do bike shops have specific equipment to do a 2-stroke cylinder? It looks to be sleeved already and measures 53.898 mm. Would I go with a standard 54mm piston or does it need to be larger? Im not too sure what a new stock piston runs in mm's, but the used one I have is 53.543mm at the top and 53.670mm at the bottom. It definitely needs to be replaced and bored due to the scuffs and no compression. The ring was almost fused to the piston. So what size should I go with?
Can anyone recommend a machine shop or bike shop (steve?)that can get this machine work done? I was going to try Askew's in E-city, but im not too pleased with past work.
Cliffs:
99' kx125 needs a new piston and re-bore
Bore measures 2.122" or 53.898mm
Piston Measures Top 2.108" or 53.543mm
Bottom 2.113" or 53.670mm

Not the cheapest guys around, but the McBrides at Cycle Specialists in NN do excellent work. I've had them machine some custom steering stems and spacers and things for me and its always been spot on.
And FWIW, the equipment does vary and most automotive machine shops won't want to touch that thing.
