I know there is some problem but cant remember exactly, i did look on gsxr.com. From what some are saying is to check your O2 sensor plug. Link is

have you adjusted your SET.. I just removed my actuator from the tail section pulled all the cables and pulled pin 30. So the SET is completely disabled along with the ghost FI light it likes to give!!

yea the set valve is a joke. get rid of that bia. No need to remove the cables just cut the bike off when the valve is in the open position, disconnect the plug and pull the pin.

Well I heard those gixxers have that problem and if you dont get the cables tightened up on the acuator in the tail section, you will strip them and then it will be more money to fix. Does it click in the tail section everytime you turn it on and turn on the kill button? my friends bike does that, take it up to a suzuki dealership and get them to check is out ASAP. Common problem on those gixxers. Hope it helps

thanks for the help so far..getting somewere..it is a code 46, but while im metering to adjust the set im reading negative volts!? on the gixxer forum dude said should be .9 and 4.1volts..but mine are negative volts!? im lost and dont wanna break this shit and cost more to fix..HELP!

FI SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS 4-91
“C46” (P1657-H/L or P1658) EXCV ACTUATOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
INSPECTION
Step 1 (When indicating C46
1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2) Remove the frame cover. (5-8)
3) Check the EXCVA lead wire couplers for loose or poor contacts.
4) Turn the ignition switch ON.
5) Check the operation of the EXCVA.
(EXCVA operating order: Full close → Full open → 30% open)
Is the operation OK?
DETECTED CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE
C46 The operation signal does not reach the
EXCV actuator.
EXCVA position sensor voltage low or
high
0.1 V Sensor voltage < 4.9 V
(without the above range)
• EXCVA maladjusted
• EXCVA circuit open or short
• EXCVA motor malfunction
• EXCVA position sensor malfunction

H
Sensor voltage is higher than specified
value.
• EXCVA position sensor circuit shorted to VCC or
ground circuit open

Sensor voltage is lower than specified
value.

Step 1 (When indicating P1657-H
1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.

3) Check the EXCVA position sensor coupler for loose or poor
contacts.
If OK, then check the EXCVA position sensor lead wire continuity.
4) Disconnect the EXCVA position sensor coupler.
5) Check the continuity between R wire C and Y wire A.
If the sound is not heard from the tester, the circuit condition
is OK.
6) Disconnect the ECM coupler.
7) Check the continuity between Y wire A and terminal 5.
8) Also, check the continuity between B/Br wire B and terminal
S.
 EXCVA lead wire continuity: Continuity ()
09900-25008: Multi-circuit tester set
09900-25009: Needle pointed probe set
Tester knob indication: Continuity test ()

Is the continuity OK?
9) After repairing the trouble, clear the DTC using SDS tool.
