CRAP~~
Yeah, I finally got pulled for speeding on my bike. Officer was a real nice guy. I saw him right after I let off the throttle and passed him (he was parked on the median behind a bush) so i had enough time to hit the brakes and pull in-in front of him (he was hiding in the median turn-around) state police by the way. anyways, he said he got me @ 74/45 but after we chatted a bit he told me he wasnt going to write me for wreckless since i was nice enough to just pull up in front of him like that. so he dropped it down to a 63/45. now, im not worried about the money really... ($141 bucks) but moreso, i just dont want a speeding ticket on my insurance, so that when i get my new bike next season (girlfriend willing), my insurance rate wont be rediculous. I have free access to a lawyer, should I talk to the lawyer about getting a plea bargain to get the charge down to just failure to obey a highway sign? and i dunno if this state has it, but theres this other thing where you pay the fines, but they dont charge you with it on your record... i forget what its called. anywho, it was my own dumb fault, I was on my way to work and grabbed just a smidge too much throttle ( i ride a busa, get off me, lol) thanks for the advice guys/gals

i would defiantly look into seeing if the lawyer could figure out a way to get it dropped. i mean it is free right?

Thats the best thing to do by pulling over asap. I did the same thing when i got pulled in cali.
I was drivign and passed this 18 wheeler that was going slow as i was passing him up i looked and there were two cops and 1 was pointing right at me like WTF. so i knew he was going to pull me over so i just pulled up infront of him and parked. "She" let me go as long as i were to do the "Macarana" spelling?
Lawers are expensive. If you have your own and its cheap enough go for it. Theres alot of loop holes that good lawers know that help you out.

yeah i have legal representation through my company. i pay a fee every month and then when i need a lawyer, nothin comes outta my pocket

it's THIER law, not mine. lol. the system can SUCK IT, as far as i'm concerned.
sometimes you gotta do bad things to survive. i've paid my dues, done my time, trying hard to get out from under that crap now. hence why i'm home on a saturday night.
