Center exhaust

I want to buy a bike soon. Which models come with the center exhaust or under seat exhaust systems? Or do they make kits to convert any bike?

all ducati superbikes, aprilia futura, the new R1 are a few that come to mind... but you can buy a kit for most common bikes

get the cbr600rr its a very good bike, have one myself and would never go buy anything else.
