Re: cbr question
you should try on a cbr forum... what exactly are you trying to do tho... put RR forks on F4i tripples and wheel.... if it does work (which i doubt that it does perfectly) you're prob gonna need a rr fender... and possibly calipers and rotors (if the calipers arent the same) ....
BTW idk exactly what im talking about.. im just looking at pics of 02 f4i and RR fornt ends...
im almost certain that the fenders aren't interchageable.. other than that it "looks" pretty straight forward...
if anything just get F4i forks on ebay.. shouldn't be more than 100-150...
OR... swap a set of newer USD RR forks on your F4i ... for that you'll need the whole front end... and that includes tripples, axle, wheels, rotors, calipers, clip ons, maybe swap your stem or put in a diff stem bearing on your bike maybe cotrols and brake lines... and of course, a fender.. (pretty much a WHOLE front end)
anyways, i would check better on a honda forum.. they'll be able to tell you... if i was you and was trying to do the easiest thing possible. i would sell those forlks on ebay and buy the correct ones.. that was you dont even have to run into finding a fender from a RR

Re: cbr question
if you have both sets of forks in front of you, just start measuring stuff
-fork diameter
-axle diameter
-brake caliper bolt spacing
all that stuff. if they're the same, just swap em out.
if the fork tubes are the same diameter but the lowers are different, just swap the rr tubes into the f4i lowers. then you know the wheel, brakes, and fender will fit.
***edit*** nevermind, that won't work, early 600rr's have 45mm forks, f4i's have 43mm. if you want to run the 600rr forks, you're gonna need at the very least the triples trees, probably more, not sure if 600rr's and f4i's front wheel and brakes swap out
