Cman got caught tonight at 3 a.m. on an empty road without an M designation on his license .

Stupid, I know. I've been putting off a DMV trip for the past few weeks due to finals, which are now over. I was planning on heading very soon, but wasn't in time I guess.

What can I do in this situation? I have to appear in court in a little over a month.

i love the dmv, I am going there tommorow. that permit test isnt that hard. I took it with a quick breeze and was 2 answers from passing but did it to get an ideal of what the test was like. hold it for 30 days and take the test. Legit. No need to not be legit. admit guilt? not sure.... call my attorney professor gonzo

 

definitely go and get your license before court, then just fess up, and hope for some lenioncy (probably spelled that wrong lol) in light of the fact that you made the effort to get the license. If you try to lie or whine about it'll just be worse. Did they make you leave the bike, or did they let you drive it home?

 

i got pulled over with out it also, he didnt let me leave with my bike..got a permit and took it to court, judge dropped the ticket..

 

Judge will most likely drop the ticket if you go get your permit ...

 

Get the license. It will be dropped.

 

I agree with these guys, get your license before your court date.
