My little brother chris Vargas was killed 2 days ago while coming home from tic in my dads Harley davidson he was ran off the road. I was trying to see of anyone would consider coming to his candle light vigil tonight at 7 in west neck and north landing close to the vb courthouse we would really appreciate it if you need directions feel free to call or text me at 757 438 8769 if you are able to donate some money to help us with the funeral cost we would really appreciate it thanks

My father was killed on a Harley 5 years ago. Time doesn't do shit, by the way.

Worst thing is that some asshole went to the memorial and burned some stuffed animals and stole things that friends put there
