Buying A Used Bike
guess it depends on the dmv teller. sometimes i've been asked to show proof of insurance, sometimes i haven't.
as far as uninsured riders, there's alot of em. they could have gotten insurance to get tags/title/etc, then cancelled it or let it lapse.
seriously, don't ride without insurance. you hit someones car, or mess up thier property, have to get an ambulance ride, hospital visit, or anything like that from dropping a bike... and you're screwed.

yea when i droped my bike for the first time, i was still collecting my signal peices, clutch pedal, and i heard cop sirens comin my way so i just droped the peices picked the bike up and BOUNCED lmao..someone must of called the cops on me
