You has to pull the clutch in, DUH.
What do you mean won't turn over all the way, are you saying just not ignite and run? Check for spark, power to starter.

1st try to bump start it.. if that dont work then next
2nd check your spark plug
if u cant find out after that then dont know. but just try to push it and bump start it, but be careful when u pop the clutch out.

Re: bike wont start help please
that makes absolutly no sense at all
anyway...
bump starting is just for getting a bike running that has a weak/dead battery.
need more info on this. when you try to start it, is the motor spinning over or not? if not, are you getting a "click" sound from the solenoid? if it's not turning over at all, and you get no "click" from the solenoid, you can jump the starter solenoid with a pair of rubber handled pliers or a plastic handled screwdriver. if it STILL doesn't turn over, the motor may be locked up. if it does turn over when you jump the solenoid, you might just have a bad solenoid, or no signal getting to the solenoid from the start button.
if it's turning over, but just won't start, it may have dirty carbs, bad plugs, bad wiring, etc. could be alot of things.
first things first though. make sure the bike is in nuetral, make sure the clutch is in (and make sure the clutch switch is hooked up), and uh... check the fuses.
