bike bogging down between 2-3k rpms.........wtf!
yeah, so I just replaced my spark plugs with new NGKs. I used to have a bogg between 2-3k BEFORE the spark plug change. it ran well for the last 130 miles, until today. I'm a lil concerned. I just filled her up with premium and put a lil seafoam in the tank. I still got the bogg.
Any suggestions?

btw, for those of you who might have thought this, I don't have plug wires, my bike uses directly coil on plugs. Yes a coil MIGHT be going back, but I hope not.

you have to take into account that it's hot and humid as hell out right now, so your bike is running richer than it usually would. (hotter/humid air is less dense, so it has less oxygen to burn). MOST jap bikes don't have closed loop F.I. systems, so they can only self-adjust so much.
do you have a power commander or anything on the bike? You might just have some carbon building up on the plugs from running a little rich. Makes sense, since it ran fine for a while after you put new plugs in.
If you have a PC, and can get to my shop before this sunday,I can put in a new map, or maybe tweak your existing map. I'm off till the 12th, since the whole damn shop went to Sturgis except me. (but I have shop keys )
It won't be free, but it'll be cheap.

yeah, but i could use some help tuning these pilot screws. As per the manual, I don't have a tach that indicates changes of 50rpms. Could you help me out with that before the woman gets bacK please?
