nope. i came home to take a shower to go out last night and parked behind my bro. HE SAW ME PARK THERE! i guess he just forgot. i jumped in the shower. i get out of the shower, get dressed, go to pull my bike into the garage. i see it moved and damaged. My brother backed into it, picked it up and moved it out the way. THEN went home. i called him immediately. he was giving me shit BUt i had to call the cops. he came back. threatened with a hit and run. and insurance is now going to handle it.

Worst part is the helmet is TRASHED and they wont get me a new one unless i show a reciept. its a 400$ helmet that came with the bike. no way im getting screwed.
