8:30 at the convention center tonight.
I know that it is extremely short notice. But there is a meeting going on at the Convention center tonight at 830pm. Has to do with the fact that 3 people have died in the biking community within the past week, and we the bikers community as a whole felt that it need to be addressed.
I do not know if it is a ride or just a conversational meet. I do know that there is supposed to be a news crew.

I went. There were lots of bikers. They also cruised a short loop too. I was a little disappointed that they rode 80mph in the slow lane on 264 in light rain right after talking about rider safety.

Re: 8:30 at the convention center tonight.
well as a novice rider, i've already seen my share of bike accidents. A close friend of mine died last year from riding recklessly. As part owner of the soon-to-be vacycles.com, we are going to push very hard for safe and responsible riding. I don't want to go to anymore of those "late-night" safety talk meets just to hear about all the dead riders who might be alive today if they had been more responsible.
If anyone wants to go for a safe cruise, (i.e. not wheelies, stunts, moto racing etc) hit me up.
