Default 03 750 motor in 03 Frame

Hey guys,

I have a 03 GSXR 750 motor that I want to put in an 03 GSXR 600 frame. Any suggestions on who can do it? The shop that I took it to said that the all the engine mounts align up except the top front.

Any help would be great. If there isn't any solution, is anyone interested in a clean 750 motor?

Steve

the mount is close, but it doesnt align up perfectly. When you look at it, it looks like an infinity sign when they align up.

uh, as far as i know a 750 will go right in a 600 frame, it's the 1000's that have the upper motor mount difference.

could be wrong though.

I'm still not seeing why the one mount is stopping you?

if it is off a lil bit, the proper way to fit it would be to cut the upper mount off the frame and move it. Better know a damn good welder though.

The 750 and 600 frames are identical...... if youre having a problem then the frame has to be tweaked.
