there really isn't a "car scene" at vcu. considering most people walk to get around places. your concern about ricers is a non-issue around there.

not too worried about a "car scene". more wqanting to know the type of people i could be hanging out with. seems like most of you guys know that an APC sticker doesn't= 20hp

i'm just looking for some cool people to hang out with.
is there anykind of hangout spot in the area? i've always stayed away from the area until now. cheap apartments FTMFW!!
also, what do you guys do for fun? i've never really gone out with friends or anything. i work from 3pm-11pm and i'm usually looking for something to do after i get off work.
