Who Here bracket races??
Just want to get an idea of who bracket races. I went for my first time Last saturday and won the Steet and Strip division at Richmond Dragway. I got a nice trophy and a sticker.
I went yesterday to defend my title, but i got eliminated in the first round because my r/t was worse than my opponent. Even though I was closer to my dial in than he was, he got me on the tree. I need to work on my r/t.

I am so hooked on bracket racing, that I am thinking about joining the points race in Mod ET for 2005 at Richmond Dragway.
If you have never bracket raced, I strongly urge you to try it.

I've done it before, it is a fun lil sport. Although fools with automatic transmission, like myself, have somewhat of an unfair advantage.

I've actually won more races in 5 speeds than I have in automatics... 
But yea, I've ran in the trophy points class at vmp for the past few years. Finished 2 rounds out of 2nd place for the season 2 years ago, but blew my motor halfway through the season last year and couldn't finish up.
