Where can I rent a 2 wheel car dolly in richmond other than uhaul?
Penske and Budget both require you to rent their trucks, so I'm trying to stay away from that. I'm towing a rear wheel drive car so I need to get away with that. Any suggestions?

Uhaul.
Go to All Tune and Lube on Jefferson Davis (route 1) south of chester. They never care about the rules.
