Default What are you using for Cable?

We currently have Comcast Digital Classic plus their internet, and feel there is not much to be desired for the money we pay for cable. We were looking at Direct TV which gives us 185 channels(about 60+ more channels) for less money than what we pay for Cable now. Still looking at Internet options.

Anyone have good or bad service with Direct TV?

I have Comcast's 3/$99 deal.

I'll stick with it until they hike the prices again.

Fios is unavailable at the time so that is why I didn't go with them.

I am looking at the fact I pay close to $63 for cable which has less than Direct TV's package that I want with 185 channels and they are charging less money. Plus some of the channels I don't have now, come with that package. Plus children channels are a biggie as well.

I have heard mixed reviews about FIOS. I may switch if Jason's doesn't suck.

ive had direct tv for years now and they are horrible. the only reason i still have them is cuz i live in bfe and thats all thats avil at my house. they say itll be a certain price and then every month its something different but far from what it was suppose to be. when its bad weather chances are itll cut off until the weather clears up. i had cox before which was really good and ive heard good things about comcast IF you get a price for 1-2 thats wont change. thats what they offered me before.
