Showed the sysadmin how to fix it afterwards. Was a naughty little boy. Now am on the other side of that fence. 
can you hack into my computer and fix my printer for me?

I wasn't kicked out or anything. The dective just convinced me to switch into computers and recommended Univ of Maryland. Taught computing ethics courses there the first year, that was pretty damn funny.
