dont mean to sound like a dick or anything, but that tire combo looks like ass. what is the point of getting a wide wheel if you are gonna put a tire on it that will ride on the sidewall?

looks somewhat nice though. purty color.

*edit* damn, both cars have tires that are too narrow for the wheels.

I was staring at it last night trying to figure out more ways of getting gold on it. I was thinking some Lotus-like stripes, but I think I concluded it would look wierd. Oh and damn, I forgot to ask you about that Protege. Oh and Chris' wheels look great in person. They looked fucking huge in the first pictures, but they definitely look good in person. Matterfact, we passed him on 288 and I wasn't sure it was his since the wheels looked too small. Plus some other guy was driving it.

thanks for the compliments guys
about the stretched tires..contrary to popular belief, a mild stretched actually enhances contact patch. Just because you have a wide wheel doesnt mean you should bunch up as much rubber as you can on it. The contact patch will not be greater.
For drag racing however thats what you want to do....Im no drag racer

maybe.. but, the Soarer is making over 300whp with no traction problems on 245's out back so why does it need to be wider?
