Title Agency for real estate sale, owner to renter
Renters looking to purchase my rental home in Richmond area. We need a title agency to facilitiate the paperwork.
Anyone here work for a title agency that would like the work, otherwise the renters will likely go with someone recommended by their bank.
Home inspection already done, agreed on a price, they are pre-qualified for the loan. They do need an assessment performed for the loan paperwork, and are purchasing the home "as-is". No realtors involved. Simple and customary split of expenses.
