Recommendation on a nice shop in RVA? Maybe some artwork pictures or a specific name would help. TIA

seriously, do you want some discount work on something intended to be permanent on your body?

most of the better artists own their own shops. save up and do it right.

This. I got my first tattoo for a good deal. Everyone said he was good too. But i learned the hard way to not do that again.
