So the MR2 is fucked up again
I love it. Seriously. This was probably my own stupid ass fault, but I was taking my car from Richmond to Savannah and about 20 miles outside of Savannah I notice I'm not getting boost. I'm thinking fuck maybe somehow one of the pipes blew off or something. But wait a minute I have MAF. Then I turn the radio and my exhaust is all crazy deep and it's backfiring. Anyways pull over and start looking all over the place trying to figure out where the sound is coming from. Practically no air is coming out of the exhaust. I finally get underneath the car and the turbo manifold had sheered from the flange where it connects to the exhaust side of the turbo. Limped it to Hunter and now I hate life. Anyways, anybody know anybody that can fabricate a replica of a turbo manifold here in GA? Hell maybe even in VA and I can try mailing it to them. That might be a bitch for fitment since the car is no longer there. I know Terry was saying he might know something in Atlanta.

man im sorry, I will see if I can find someone that can replicate it, if not can the mani be fixed? Do you have pix? That would be a lot easier

the ss autochrome cracks after like 9 pounds but they say if you reweld it with thicker welds and spray it with the heat paint you can maybe do 12-15 pounds.
Im getting it for my prelude and im going to weld the shit out of it so it doesnt crack.
