So I have a problem finding seat brackets_

Default So I have a problem finding seat brackets_
I bought some momo racing seats a few months ago and I have been having trouble finding the correct brackets so I just came over these on ebay. Can anyone tell me if the will fit a 98 mustang vert? and if they do are they any good?
