Shop to work on Honda D15B2

As the title states, I'm trying to find a shop, preferably near the east end, that is willing to help rebuild my D15B2 motor (still in the car). All the local places I've called have all told me either "buy a new motor" or "we don't do that kind of work." I only need LABOR, as I have already purchased the parts I needed.
I'm not going to buy a new motor, because of it's age, the same problems will likely occur, and I can't afford/don't care for a swap (this is my DD for work).

I'm replacing:
  • Piston rings
  • Crank bearings
  • Connecting rod bearings
  • Water pump
  • Timing belt
  • T.B. Tensioner
  • Distributor rotor
  • Head bolts
  • Valve cover gasket/grommets
  • Headgasket
  • Oil pan gasket
  • Speedometer cable

I'm looking for someone who can work with me on an estimate, so I can start getting this thing back on the road.

I didn't know if they'd do this kind of stuff with the car still in the engine or not. I'll call and find out though, thx dude

While everything is apart I would recommend changing the timing belt tensioner also.

Aaaaaaaah, indeed indeed. I forgot to grab one of those. I'm glad I posted this, then.

The problem is that you already bought the parts. Little to no shops install customer parts.
