E30 is correct about fine. I hope though you were pulled over for something else because unless your under 16 the seatbelt constitutes a secondary offense and you cant be pulled over for it in virginia. Ive searched and i know they were trying to make it a primary offense but it fell through when they tried to pass it.

Am I the only one to notice a direct relation to people who do and don't wear their seatbelts and the intelligence in which these people possess? I mean, why the fuck would someone not want to walk away from something as minimal as a fender bender?

I know, I will never understand why people don't wear theirs. I wear mine because of other people, not me. You never know when some idiot is going to run a redlight and cream you out of nowhere. My sister never wore hers and that exact situation happened to her one night, I laughed at her bitching about them pulling the glass out of her head from hitting the windsheild.
