Roommate - 804??
Thinking about moving to the 804, Short Pump, Mechanicsville, VCU, Downtown, Glenn Allen areas. Just curious if anyone knows cheap apartments or if anyone is renting a house that needs a roommate.

Well cheap for me and cheap for you are probably two different things...
I don't have a job there yet (which getting one is not a problem)
I just need to get out of Virginia Beach.
If i'm going to live somewhere i'd rather live in VCU or Short Pump, I like to live in nice areas.
Downtown etc

Digital's place is nice and in a nice area not far from Short Pump or VCU like he said though.. depends on how much you want to pay.
Richmond has built lofts in old tobacco warehouses down in shockoe bottom. Those are very nice, not sure what they are now, but I had a friend living in a loft apartment, and was paying $1k for that a month.

you dont want to live downtown. vcu sucks. like i guarantee youll get tired of it if you live there. plus the roads are horrible. short pumps gonna be a little more expensive haha but worth it.

. we live in va the roads suck period. i lived here http://www.americancigarlofts.com/ with my ex (sorry no pics) for a few months, while i was house shopping. it was a pretty nice place, was 5 minutes from work.
