BUT for somereason for those who are close to south park mall, the BP over there is still 1.68 for the good stuff... (sign says 1.71 but pumps are 1.68). I stop there everytime in the area (on the way to richmond, and on the way back home) lol... Im close to wanting a honda or toyota gas/elc car.

What's wrong with Sam's Club gas? They purchase in bulk from the cheapest bidding distributor so they don't have consistent quality, but for my work truck I don't care too much. With the car, I don't have the opportunity to pass too many gas stations.
