RC Drifting
Anyone into drifting/racing/modding 1/10th scale cars ?
Know of any tracks or shops? |
Re: RC Drifting
Drifting is gay to begin with
That being said, I'm collecting all the reissues of the Tamiya old school 1/10th racers |

Re: RC Drifting
They've got the Frog, Hornet, Hotshot, Supershot, Bruiser etc.
The bruiser is like $1K though |
Re: RC Drifting
I used to have like 2k worth of crap that I raced. Got out of it, no one my age was really racing.

Re: RC Drifting
I just sold all my short course stuff not to long ago. Actually racing them gets to be a very very expensive hobby. If I ever get anymore it will be an electric truck of some kind to just fuck around with.

Re: RC Drifting
I've got slash 4x4 platinum, a axial ax10, and hpi rs4 sport 2 that I threw a VXL in it.

Re: RC Drifting
I just got back into the sport myself. I have a hpi savage xl and a traxxas nitro rustler. The only track that i know off for r/c's period is the one over by southside speedway. I plan on going out there tommrow. I know hobbytown on board sets up their parking lot on sundays for people to run as well.
