Rc Drift Racing??
Hey guys i'm new to DragVA and i'm intrested in seeing if anyone would be intrested in starting some Local RC DRIFTING in the Richmond Area. post your Feed back, thoughts or comments. if you'd like to catch some Video's on this here's one Site that has some video's on Drifting http://www.yokomousa.com Click on the video Tab. This is Extreamly Popular over Sea's and Canada and becomeing popular in the US in Cali, i'm intrested in bring something to the Richmond area. let me know what you think

no reving engine, no tire smoke, what fun is that....may be fun for the operator/driver but not much of a spectator sport.. plus wrecks or mishaps are not as fun to watch when they're 1:64 scale. dats my 2¢

and 1/10th scale btw
gst i would love to come out and watch.. closest thing i have right now is a xx4 that i would have to convert to a street weapon... but i would perfer to go back to gas than get into that... so for me i am waiting on a nitro street weapon to be down.

Yeah I've had this one video of RCs drifting with Finch playing in the background. I saved it to my harddrive just so I could watch it from time to time. Not something I'd want to do though. That one HKS RC definitely looked pretty hot.

Well if you guys are Intrested E-mail me, i'm just trying to get some people together. Ya i would love to do the Real thing too but right now Money is tight and 1/10th scale isn't a bad way to go since tires are like 8 bucks a pop and a new body is like 25-unpainted and like 50-painted. so for now it's going to have to be RC for me..till i can get a chance to fix up a 180,240, or a old school AE86.
