Powder Coating

hmmmm, I've got some wheels I'm gonna sand blast this week, and instead of paint, powdercoat wouyld be nice. It is a one piece rim, and I would like the rim to stak non painted: when you powdercoat, could that be masked off? Thanks.

PM with a price to powder coat a set of:
14" panasports in gloss black. ( save for the lip)
14" Slipstreams in flat black.
Cobra R 17x9 in gloss black.
Saleen 5-spokes 16x8's in gloss black. (taping off polished lip)
