Re: Polyurethane!
i use devcon liquid rubber shore 80a is softer 94 is harder, can get either from grainger in 1lb cans, 2 part mix, cost is 40 bux.
u can use it to fill cavities in stock mounts, or make a mold and cast your own, its easy but can be little messy
this is a completely new motor mount i made
this is a filled in stock trans mount

Re: Polyurethane!
i drove on one last night that i poured monday afternoon
the window weld.. i dunno what that stuff is made out of but i would assume since it has to air dry instead of curing from a chemical reaction, that it would take longer to set up .

Re: Polyurethane!
Most automotive urethanes are a 24 hour complete cure under proper temp/humidity conditions. Each brand has several different variations. Installing glass, I use Beta One by Dow chemical.
