Need some psp help!!!
Here's the deal. I had already installed custom firmware on my psp (4.01 m33), then for some random reason I decided to add some more files to my memory stick (pandora files and more desperator files) then it just turned off. I tried to turn it back on but only the green led lights up and nothing else. Assuming that I had bricked it, I pulled out my magic memory stick and my pandora battery. I did the same procedure as before for installing my firmware....nothing. So, I hold down the L button and plop the battery in and it works. I tried to install the firmware again and it will only get to the part where it's supposed to format flash1 and then it turns off. I even tried to install an updated version (5.00 m36) and it does the same shit. I'm all out of ideas. Can anybody help me out?

I would love to, in all sincerity, but I'm sure you'd be hard pressed to find someone that could help you with your psp thingy on a car forum. But what do I know...could someone help this guy?!?

Re: Need some psp help!!!
PSP forums take a couple of days to get a reasonable answer, and they're telling me things I've already done. Last time I posted for some help in this section I got the info I needed. Was kinda hopoing temp2 would have some kind of info on this.

Yep, that's what I tried to do. I don't even want the firmware anymore I just want it the way it came out the box. Tried different methods of resetting, but no dice.

Well, my PSP is modded but I've never had any problems like that.
Why not check here? http://www.pspmod.com/forums/
They get a lot of traffic, I don't think it would take long to get help.
