So all you got was a reckless basically? They deemed you inebriated, but didn't write you up for it.
If that is the case, get a good lawyer for the reckless. From what I remember; I don't believe they can hold the DUI thing against you if they didn't do anything about it.

Go with either john rockacharlie , Travis Williams, rusty gates, grand Daniels, or magic mike.. only lawyers I stand by.. haven't been through many legal litigations myself but I have some stupid friends that have.. and these are the lawyers they use.. gl chesterfield just wants money so bring a trip of cash and your golden lol

The standardized field sobriety tests are the only ones that hold up in a court of law nationally. That means the horizontal gaze nystagmus, one leggedstand, and the nine step walk and turn. Other forms of tests can be considered but aren't recognized as medically sufficient. The tests are actually what are used tto determine sobriety under suspicion while the breathalyzer is used to verify. typically you're not supposed to have one without the other unless there are medical conditions preventing tests or some other situation.

According to the lawyer I spoke to its a definite reckless the issue is that I had some drinks and passed the field tests the cop should not have had be blow but since I did he can bring that up and the Judge can up my charges. He was not able to ding me for a dui so he put the acohol comment on the ticket to try and hurt me since I was not too impaired. Best case is just reckless but looks like definite liscense suspension and there is a good change of jail. I pray no jail as I dont know how my job will handle it.
